英语基数词的读法

一、21-99的表示法

要表示出21-99的两位数，方法是：先说“几十”，再说“几”，十位与个位之间用连字符连接。如35可表示为 thirty-five，98可表示为 ninety-eight。

二、三位数的表示法

用英语读三位数的方法是：先说“几百(hundred)”，然后加and，再说“几十几”。如365可表示为 three hundred and fifty-six。

三、多位数的表示法

对于一个超过三位的基数词，我们可以将其从右至左每三位数分成一节，并在分节处加上逗号，读数的方法是：从右至左第一个逗号为“千”(thousand)，第二个逗号为“百万”(million)，第三个逗号为“十亿”(billion)。如：

4,311,338读作：four million, three hundred and eleven thousand, three hundred and thirty-eight

注意：英语数字的表示法与我们中文数字表示法不一样，英语没有“万”“亿”两个单位，在读数表示需灵活处理，如将“万”处理为“十千”。
