2. as well as后接过去分词

as well as后接过去分词基本上属于as well as作为连接词的一般用法，即前后动词形式保持对称的用法，所以在as well as前也会有一个相对应的过去分词。例如：

Evening primrose oil is used on the skin as well as taken internally. (CCED)

He's played football, baseball and basketball for his school, as well as performed in school plays. (CCAE)

It can be inserted parenthetically, as well as placed finally. (GCE)

3. as well as后可接动词不定式

as well as后接动词不定式一般限于前文中出现动词不定式的情况。这时，as well as后的动词不定式对应的是前文中的动词不定式。例如：

African stories always have a moral because they were meant to teach as well as entertain. (IEU)

It really annoys me when people expect me to tip as well as pay a service charge in a restaurant. (CIDE)

The ultrasound scan helps to determine the age of the foetus as well as check for hereditary abnormalities. (CIDE)

有时前文中的不定式为情态动词或助动词后的无to不定式。例如：
